Our Returns Promise
We want you to love every lilj product you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns policy on all orders. Simply get in touch and we'll take care of everything.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, undamaged and intact.
- You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lilj.co.uk with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- The item(s) you would like to return.
- The reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a returns address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lilj.co.uk with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.
We take product quality seriously and will always go above and beyond to resolve any issue quickly and without fuss.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
