What are your candles made from?
Premium quality wax and fragrance oils, hand poured in the UK. We use carefully selected ingredients to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn and a beautiful, consistent scent throughout the life of each candle.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size: our Small (70g) candle burns for up to 20 hours, our Medium (200g) candle burns for up to 45 hours, and our Large (500g) candle burns for up to 80 hours. For the best results we recommend trimming the wick to 5mm before each use and allowing the wax to pool fully on the first burn.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free UK delivery is included on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are dispatched via standard delivery at £3.99. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for £6.99. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
How are orders packaged?
All lilj orders are beautifully gift boxed and presented. Whether you're treating yourself or someone special, every order arrives as though it were made to be given as a gift — because we believe you deserve nothing less.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available for 1–2 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed, and you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been sent.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day returns policy on all orders. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@lilj.co.uk and we'll take care of everything.
