Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times

All lilj orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed and payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

UK Delivery Options

• Free Standard Delivery — on all orders over £50. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Standard Delivery — £3.99 — on orders under £50. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Express Delivery — £6.99 — delivered in 1–2 business days. Available on all orders placed before 12pm on a business day.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders with a total value of £50 or more. The free delivery threshold is calculated on your order subtotal before any discount codes are applied. Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@lilj.co.uk.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the UK. International shipping is available on request. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us before ordering and we will provide a delivery quote and estimated timescale for your destination.

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or is significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lilj.co.uk. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
