1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the lilj website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order with lilj, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

lilj is a UK-based brand selling luxury home fragrance products. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to lilj. References to "you" refer to the customer placing an order.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and to confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. A contract between you and lilj is formed when we send you an order confirmation email following your purchase.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The personal information you have provided is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment gateway. lilj does not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Delivery timescales are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays and high demand periods. Full delivery options and charges are detailed on our Shipping Policy page.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original and undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee where items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition. 7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lilj website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, brand name, product photography, and design — is the intellectual property of lilj and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
